CPALead (http://www.cpalead.com) is a sort of alternative to AdSense that allows you to put a small javascript code between the <head> tags in your site, forcing your readers to fill in a survey before they are granted access to that page. Each time a survey is completed you receive a small commission. CPALead was notoriously difficult to implement with WordPress and the only solution was to paste the code into your theme header file, which meant all pages and posts on your blog would be protected by CPALead.
I wanted a way to put CPALead on specific WordPress pages and posts and so I created this simple plugin to do it. With this plugin you simply create a new CPALead for each post or page you wish to protect and that’s it! It’s quick, easy, and extremely fast.
You can download the WordPress CPALead Plugin here.

Great plugin Sean. Looks like this is exactly what I was looking for. Will check it out and see…

Hey thanks for the plugin, however I could not get it to work, is there any instructions or FAQ? Thanks!
Your plugin doesn’t seem to do anything. Please have some detailed instructions eg. paste cpalead code as per instructions and activate plugin with url of post/pg to enable.

using blackhat method to force ppl to complete survey is unethical yet no letting us see the content we wan
Uhh… not good. Filling out A suevey is fine. Filling out a contact form followed by at least two surveys, accompanied with multiple pop-up ads etc is bad. And one of the survey links showed a totally blank page. But that could be my ad blocker at work. Speaking of which… It took about 30 seconds to block the CPALead plugin and view this page any way.
Not very happy. Couldn’t fill out the survey at my location (Barbados).
oh well.
I got error Fatal error: Cannot redeclare cpalead_install() (previously declared in /
