Couple issues with wp-directory - premium links and adding a location

    Hi,
    Great plugin by the way. Thanks.

    I have a couple issues, when I enable premium links, nothing happens when you click "purchase" or whatever it is.

    Second, any ideas on adding a location field to listings? (city and state)
