Hiya Sean!

I hope you find the time to reply soon. I love the plugin it’s features are great. My only problem is (like others have mentioned) the PayPal feature isn’t working. When you click the paypal button it doesn’t connect to PayPal at all, all links and directories disappear from view and the following “?id=&action=process” is appended to the end of the URL.

Also for those of you that can’t get it to work with the permalinks problem sending you to your home page etc, DON’T PLACE THE CODE ON A PAGE, pop it on a post and it works just fine and dandy!

Is there a way to change de properties of the posted links via Editor? Where does the links go? to what file?

I have to change 500 links and its kind of slow via admin

Hi, Is there a PHP 5.3 fix yet? The plugin is not working correctly in PHP 5.3.

I’m trying to fix it manually, but was hoping that there is a patch somewhere. Thanks

Doesn’t appear to work for WordPress 2.9.1.

I have the permalink structure of /%category%/%postname% as suggested and have created a page titled ‘links’ with the permalink the same name as well. I have included the [wplinkdir] on that page all as instructed but when I try to view that page, it only shows the main page, as if the page I have created does not exist. It has been published as it is appearing in my menu and the link is correct.

I noticed this plugin says it is compatible up to version 2.6.3 which is over a year old, will there be an update so it will work with more current versions?

Hey Sean,
I’ve setup your plugin and it displays with no issue. I’ve had 2 friends with sites to setup a link using your software and when it goes to check for a reciprocal link it says it can’t.

I decided to test this on 2 of my other sites and I get the same results.

“We couldn’t find a reciprocal link on the page ” followed by the site URL.

They and myself have copied the “link to us” code exactly.

Paul, you do both through the WordPress back office. You have a new WP Link Directory menu section where you can edit links and the Reciprocal Link HTML setting to adjust the link required.
